Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)

• For this position, candidates must have graduated from any accredited university or institution with a degree in any discipline.
• Candidates with degrees in agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary science, agricultural engineering, pisciculture, agricultural marketing and cooperation, information technology, management, law, economics, or accounting will be given preference.
• Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB.
• Working computer expertise is desirable.

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)

• For this position, candidates must have graduated from an accredited university or institution with a minimum of 50% in any discipline.
• Candidates with degrees in banking, finance, marketing, agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary science, agricultural engineering, pisciculture, agricultural marketing and cooperation, information technology, management, law, economics, and accounting will be given preference.
• two years of bank or financial institution officer experience.

Officer Scale-II (CA)

• To be eligible for this position, candidates must have completed the ICAI India CA Exam.
• one year of experience as a chartered accountant.

Officer Scale-II (Law)

• For this position, candidates must have a law degree or its equivalent from an accredited university with at least 50% of the possible points.
• two years of advocacy experience, or at least two years of experience as a law officer in banks or other financial institutions.

Officer Scale-II (Marketing)

• Candidates with a marketing MBA from an accredited university will be considered for this position.
