In a variety of engineering specialties, including mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, computer, instrumentation, and metallurgy, 124 positions have been posted. Minimum Marks:
- General/OBC/EWS: 65%
- SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental: 55%
SAIL Management Trainee 2025 Age Limit
The upper age limit is 28 years as of 05 December 2025.
Relaxations apply as follows:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10–15 years
- Departmental Candidates: Up to 45 years
SAIL Management Trainee 2025 Selection Process
The selection process consists of
- Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Group Discussion (GD)
- Interview
Candidates must qualify for both parts of the CBT with the required percentile to be shortlisted for GD & Interview (1:3 ratio). Final selection will be based on:
- CBT: 75% weightage
- GD: 10% weightage
- Interview: 15% weightage
