This recruitment is for 64 roles. Candidates may apply until December 19, 2025, since the BVP Application Form opened on November 28, 2025. Personal Assistant (PA)
  • The candidate must be a graduate with a Hindi stenography speed of 100 w.p.m. and a Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. The pay scale is Level-07 (₹44,900–142,400).
Data Entry Operator DEO
  • The candidate must have an Intermediate (10+2) qualification with a typing speed of 8000 key depressions per hour. A computer certificate like ADCA or one from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT (‘O’ Level) is desirable. The pay scale is Level-04 (₹25,500–81,100).
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
  • The candidate must have an Intermediate (10+2) qualification with a Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. The pay scale is Level-02 (₹19,900–63,200).
Stenographer
  • The candidate must be a graduate with a Hindi stenography speed of 80 w.p.m. and a Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m. A computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT or ‘O’ Level is desirable. The pay scale is Level-04 (₹25,500–81,100).
