Post Eligibility Criteria Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

• Candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline from any recognized university/institute to be eligible for this post.
• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local language, as specified by the participating RRB.
• Desirable: Working knowledge of computers.

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)

• Candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline from any recognized university/institute to be eligible for this post.
• Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, economics, or Accountancy;
• Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB.
• Desirable: working knowledge of computers.

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)

• Candidates must have completed their graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized university/institute to be eligible for this post.
• Preference will be given to the candidates having degrees in banking, finance, marketing, agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary science, agricultural engineering, pisciculture, agricultural marketing and cooperation, information technology, management, law, economics, and accountancy.
• 2 years’ experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.

Officer Scale-II (CA)

• Candidates who have passed the CA Exam from ICAI India will be eligible for this post.
• 1 year of experience as a Chartered Accountant.

Officer Scale-II (Law)

• Candidates must have a degree from a recognized university in law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate to be eligible for this post.
• 2 years experience as an advocate or should have worked as a law officer in banks or financial institutions for a period of not less than two years.

Officer Scale-II (Marketing)

• Candidates having an MBA degree in marketing from a recognized university will be eligible for this post.
• 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager)

• Candidates having a degree in CA or an MBA degree in finance from a recognized university will be eligible for this post.
• 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

Officer Scale-II (Agriculture)

• Candidates having a graduation degree in agriculture / horticulture / dairy / animal / veterinary science / engineering / pisciculture from a recognized university / institute will be eligible for this post.
• 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

Officer Scale-II (IT)

• Candidates must have a graduation degree in electronics / communications / computer science / information technology with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized university / institute to be eligible for this post.
• Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP, etc.
• 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

• Candidates having a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having a degree/diploma in banking, finance, marketing, agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, veterinary science, agricultural engineering, pisciculture, agricultural marketing and co-operation, information technology, management, law, economics, and accountancy.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.
